ERS offers heavy duty fuel tank services to Maryland, D.C. and surrounding areas. Our skilled servicemen can meet all of you fuel tank needs from welding/repair to complete fabrication. Aluminum Fuel Tanks
- Corroded areas repaired by welding new aluminum plates.
- Complete aluminum bands welded to tanks to provide relief from
- mounting straps where corrossion has caused leaks.
- End cap removed & re-assembled by welding. Dents can be removed,
- pick up tubes can be repaired & baffles re-attached after removal of end cap.
- Tank shortening, modification of fittings and hydraulic oil tanks
- added to existing fuel tank by baffling section of tank.
- Aluminum tanks cleaned internally & externally with chemical.
Steel Fuel Tanks
- New steel plates welded over rusted areas.
- New complete circular steel bands welded over rusted areas.
- Access windows cut in steel tanks to manually remove internal rust.
- Liners & coatings applied internally & externally to protect tanks.
- Pick up tubes & broken flange bolts repaired.
